On August 19th, during the program "Luo Yonghao's Crossroads," Li Xiang, founder of Li Auto, shared one of the darkest moments of his entrepreneurial journey. The first occurred while he was running Bubble Network, when the company had approximately 30-40 employees. At that time, he admitted he didn't know how to manage and completely neglected the human aspect of business.

"Everyone seemed fine just a few days prior, but the next day 90% of the staff resigned, leaving only five or six people in the company. All the employees were gone - they had coordinated amongst themselves to resign on the same day and had already secured new positions elsewhere. Some joined other companies, while others started their own ventures. When I called to ask them to return, not a single person came back," Li Xiang recalled.

He attributed this mass exodus to his leadership style at the time, describing himself as "basically a dictator and tyrant, completely lacking in human compassion, focusing solely on business matters while completely ignoring people, and having no understanding of management."
