JD Industrials (ASX: 07618) has announced a series of changes to its executive leadership and board composition.

Mr. Song Chunzheng has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and the Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, citing personal health reasons.

Mr. Wang Peinuan has been appointed as the company's Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative.

Following Mr. Song's resignation, Ms. Chen Wanshan, MH, JP, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

All these changes are effective from July 1, 2026.
