Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. announced that its board of directors will convene at 9:30 p.m. Calgary time on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 (11:30 a.m. Hong Kong time on Wednesday, 12 August 2026). The agenda includes approval of the interim results and related report for the three-month and six-month periods ended 30 June 2026, along with authorisation for their subsequent publication.

The board currently comprises two executive directors (Executive Chairman Kwok Ping Sun and Gloria Pui Yun Ho), two non-executive directors (Michael John Hibberd and Xijuan Jiang) and three independent non-executive directors (Yi He, Guangzhong Xing and Jue Pang).
