Nayuki Buys Back 0.64 Million Shares for HKD0.46 Million; Outstanding Share Count Trimmed to 1.69 Billion

Nayuki Holdings Limited disclosed a repurchase of 644,000 ordinary shares on 17 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The buyback was executed at prices between HKD0.69 and HKD0.73 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average purchase cost of HKD0.7174 and an aggregate cash outlay of HKD0.46 million. The repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; no cancellations have yet been effected.

Following the transaction, Nayuki’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.04 % to 1.69 billion. Treasury shares rose to 19.20 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.71 billion shares.

The latest purchase was made under the buyback mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 169.84 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate’s approval now stand at 10.06 million shares, equivalent to 0.59 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Nayuki is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares, effective until 16 August 2026.
