SouthGobi Resources Ltd. issued a shareholder notice dated 26 May 2026 outlining two principal developments:

1. Release of AGM Materials • The English and Chinese versions of the circular, notice and proxy form for the upcoming annual general meeting (“Current Corporate Communications”) are now available on the company’s website (SouthGobi.com) and the HKEXnews portal (hkexnews.hk). • Printed copies are provided on request through the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

2. Transition to Paperless Communication • In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A, effective 31 December 2023, SouthGobi has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Both language versions will be accessible online, replacing hard-copy mailings. • Shareholders can supply a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by emailing SouthGobi.ecom@computershare.com.hk. • If no email address is provided, shareholders must check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form. • Shareholders preferring hard copies may opt in by returning the reply form or emailing the registrar. This instruction remains valid for one year from receipt.
