Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) announced that substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee has increased her indirect interest in the company.

On May, 25 2026, she acquired 1.0 million ordinary shares indirectly through an account held with CGS International Nominees Malaysia (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd, following a purchase by Mr Lim Hooi Sin.

After the transaction, her direct holding remains at 17,562,876 shares, representing 0.219 % of the company’s issued share capital. Her indirect holding has risen to 3,046,643,528 shares, or 37.998 %, lifting her total interest to 3,064,206,404 shares.

The notice of change in substantial shareholding was received by the company on May, 26 2026.
