RH Petrogas CEO Francis Chang to retire in Dec, 31 2026

RH Petrogas Limited announced that Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Chang Cheng-Hsing, Francis will retire when his current contract ends on Dec, 31 2026, at which point he will also leave the board.

The company said it has hired an international search firm specialising in the energy sector to conduct a global hunt for his successor.

Chang joined RH Petrogas in 2010 as Vice President, Exploration and Production, and has led the group as CEO since 2014.

The board expressed its appreciation for Chang’s contributions and noted that additional information required under Singapore Exchange rules will be released later.
