On October 8, the procurement bidding for the lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system integration and supercapacitor energy storage system integration of the Jiangxian 100MW/140.4MWh hybrid energy storage project was launched. A 100MW/140.4MWh hybrid energy storage station will be built in Jiangxian, Yuncheng City, including a 50MW/0.43MWh (30s) supercapacitor energy storage system, a 30MW/60MWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system, a 10MW/40MWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system, a 10MW/40MWh all-vanadium flow battery energy storage system, one 220kV booster station, a comprehensive control building, and other facilities.
2. Suchu Park 150MW/600MWh grid-side energy storage station bidding
On October 8, the bidding plan for the Suchu Park 150MW/600MWh grid-side energy storage station was announced. The bidding covers construction, cost, supervision, tracking audit, design, facility and equipment procurement, and related testing services, and the project will be implemented in batches. The planned bidding time is November 2026, and the project investment amount is 500 million yuan.
3. Ningxia 200MW/800MWh energy storage station project bidding
On October 8, the Ningxia Xindian Huitong Zhongning County 200MW/800MWh energy storage station project was put out for bidding. The project plans to build a 200MW/800MWh energy storage station, along with supporting facilities such as a comprehensive building, water pump room, and warehouse, as well as one 110kV substation and transmission project. According to the construction schedule, the total construction period is 8 months, and the energy storage system of the project can meet the unified dispatch requirements of State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Co., Ltd. for energy storage stations. The project is divided into two sections: Section One is the EPC general contracting of the Ningxia Xindian Huitong Zhongning County 200MW/800MWh energy storage station project; Section Two is the supervision of the Ningxia Xindian Huitong Zhongning County 200MW/800MWh energy storage station project.
4. 200MW/800MWh! Xinjiang grid-forming independent energy storage station EPC bidding
On October 3, the EPC and supervision bidding for the 200MW/800MWh grid-forming electrochemical independent energy storage station project in Shufu County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang was launched. The project covers a total land area of about 65 mu and will build an independent energy storage station with a capacity of 200MW/800MWh, adopting lithium iron phosphate energy storage battery technology, with a single cell capacity of 314Ah. The energy storage station includes a converter and booster integrated cabinet system and an energy storage battery cabinet system. The battery cabinets adopt a lithium iron phosphate battery liquid cooling system, including a total of 40 sets of 20-foot standard converter and booster integrated containers and 160 sets of energy storage battery containers. The project also includes the construction of one booster station, connected nearby to the State Grid system substation.
5. 200MW/800MWh! Inner Mongolia grid-side independent energy storage EPC+O general contracting bidding
Recently, the EPC+O general contracting bidding announcement for the Wanghai 220kV substation 200MW/800MWh grid-side independent energy storage station project of Inner Mongolia Mengxi Boyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was released. The bidder is Inner Mongolia Mengxi Boyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The main construction content of the project is to build a 200MW/800MWh independent new energy storage station, a smart monitoring and operation center, a 220kV booster station, and other supporting auxiliary facilities. The planned investment of the project is 689 million yuan. All sections of this bidding accept consortium bids.
6. Guangxi 200MW/400MWh independent energy storage station EPC bidding
Recently, the bidding announcement for the engineering survey, design, and construction general contracting (EPC) project of the Cangwu County grid-side independent energy storage station project was released. The Guangxi Cangwu County 200MW/400MWh independent energy storage station project is planned to use a plot in the Dongrong Industrial Park in Shiqiao Town, Cangwu County. The project will build a new 200MW/400MWh energy storage station, planned to use lithium iron phosphate batteries, and support the construction of one 220kV booster station. It includes energy storage battery rooms, centralized control rooms, distribution rooms, booster stations, duty rooms, office buildings, and other supporting operational facilities. It is mainly engaged in safe energy and power supply.
7. Tongtai (Xuanhua) 200MW independent energy storage project EPC general contracting bidding
Recently, the EPC general contracting bidding announcement for the Tongtai (Xuanhua) 200MW independent energy storage project was released. The project covers an area of about 38,000 square meters, with a building area of 918.26 square meters. It will build a new (180MW/720MWh lithium iron phosphate battery + 20MW supercapacitor) independent energy storage station, of which lithium iron phosphate is 4 hours + supercapacitor 30s. The construction site is located in Yanghenan Town, Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou City. The bidding scope is the whole-process general contracting for the new (180MW/720MWh lithium iron phosphate battery + 20MW supercapacitor) independent energy storage station (including the supporting booster station and collection station of the energy storage station). It covers the completion of design, procurement, installation, construction, commissioning, grid connection acceptance, and other work until handover for operation, as well as the whole-process general contracting of warranty period services.

1. Award at 1.042 yuan/Wh, Shanxi 400MW/800MWh independent energy storage station project (EPC general contracting) award result announced
On October 8, the award result for the Pinglu District Yaoxu 400MW/800MWh independent energy storage station project (EPC general contracting) was announced. The winning bidder is the consortium of Shanxi Fourth Construction Group Co., Ltd. and China Energy Engineering Group Shanxi Electric Power Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., with a winning bid price of 833.25 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 1.042 yuan/Wh. The project plans to build one energy storage station with a total capacity of 400MW/800MWh, covering a total area of 85.9185 mu and a total building area of 2,040 square meters. It adopts lithium iron phosphate energy storage technology and supporting construction of one 220KV booster station and grid connection system.
2. 3.6GWh grid-forming energy storage PCS procurement project transaction result announced
Recently, the transaction result announcement for the 900MW/3.6GWh energy storage system grid-forming PCS framework procurement project was released. The shortlisted units are Xiamen Kehua Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing NARI-Relays Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Suzhou Inovance Technology Co., Ltd. The maximum bid limit for this procurement is 0.075 yuan/Wh, and bids exceeding this will be rejected. This procurement framework has no fixed term and ends when the 3.6GWh capacity is fully executed. Supply must be completed within 30 days after the order is issued. This bidding does not accept consortium bids or agent bids.

On September 30, the candidate announcement for CNNC Group's 2026-2028 2.98GWh energy storage system first-level centralized procurement was released. A total of 33 units submitted bid documents as required, and six were ultimately shortlisted as winning candidates, with quotation ranges from 0.49947 yuan/Wh to 0.53290 yuan/Wh. The first to sixth places are Sungrow, CATL, Zhongtian Energy Storage, CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, Kehua Digital Energy, and Zhiguang Energy Storage.
4. Shaanxi Dali County independent energy storage equipment procurement: NARI New Energy wins bid at 0.5695 yuan/Wh
On October 5, the award result for the energy storage equipment procurement project of the EPC project of the 100MW/200MWh independent electrochemical energy storage station project in Dali County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province was released. Nanjing NARI New Energy Co., Ltd. won the bid with a total amount of 113.9 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 0.5695 yuan/Wh. The bidder for this project is China Energy Engineering Group Shaanxi Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. Previous bidding announcements showed that the project is located in Dali County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province.
