KLN Logistics Group Limited announced that Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Mr Cheng Chi Wai will retire from all his positions, including roles on various committees, on 30 April 2026 to devote more time to personal and family matters. According to the announcement, Mr Cheng has confirmed there is no disagreement with the board and no matter relating to his retirement that needs the attention of shareholders.

From 1 May 2026, Mr Cheng will serve as an Advisor to the company for two years. As Mr Cheng will become a former director within the past 12 months, and therefore a connected person under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, this engagement will constitute continuing connected transactions for KLN Logistics Group Limited, in compliance with Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.

A seasoned Certified Public Accountant, trained in a Big-4 environment with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and internal controls, has been identified to succeed Mr Cheng. The new CFO is expected to assume the position on or around 1 April 2026, ensuring a smooth transition before Mr Cheng’s retirement date. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
