Shanghai FourSemi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (FOURSEMI) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming there were no changes to either its registered share capital or issued share base during the month.

Registered share capital remained at RMB 112.00 million, comprising 110.89 million H-shares and 1.11 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.

Issued shares also stayed unchanged at 110.89 million H-shares and 1.11 million domestic shares, with zero treasury shares outstanding.

The company affirmed that the H-share public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 percent threshold.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding or initiated in May 2026.

FourSemi’s board further certified that all disclosure, regulatory and corporate governance obligations were satisfied for the month.
