On 25 March 2026, Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited announced that four key corporate documents—(1) the 2025 Annual Report, (2) a circular dated the same day, (3) the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and (4) the proxy form—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.leemanchemical.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

To streamline communication, the board urges shareholders to access the electronic versions. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty with the online links, or who prefer hard copies, can complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the prepaid mailing label or by email (746-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

Shareholders choosing electronic delivery should provide a valid email address to their banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until an email address is registered, the company will send only hard-copy notices of publication. The current instruction regarding receipt of printed communications remains effective until 31 December 2026 unless otherwise amended in writing.
