NET-A-GO TECH (01483) announced that on January 30, 2026, the company proposes to issue 80 million subscription shares to S Harmony Investment Fund SPC. The subscription price is set at HK$0.88 per share, representing a discount of approximately 18.52% compared to the closing price of HK$1.08 per share on that day. The net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HK$70.2 million. Sixty percent of the funds will be allocated to existing operations and the development of its current business, as well as potential investment opportunities in embodied intelligent robots and related value chains to enhance the efficiency of existing operations. The remaining forty percent will be used for the Group's general working capital and for general corporate purposes.
