("Kasong Technology"), has completed the listing procedures and is now officially trading on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations ("NEEQ"), also known as the "New Third Board." The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has granted the company an exemption from strict compliance with specific requirements under Paragraph 3(f) of Practice Note 15 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Additionally, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. has approved the public trading of Kasong Technology's shares on its system. All necessary procedures for the listing have been completed.
