VONGROUP Limited (00318) disclosed that it is negotiating a potential investment in the information-technology and Artificial Intelligence sector with an independent third party. The transaction is aligned with the Group’s strategy to expand its Technology/AI footprint. No legally binding agreement has been signed, and the terms remain under discussion. Depending on final terms, the deal could become a notifiable transaction under Hong Kong listing regulations.

The Board also updated shareholders on discussions referenced in its 24 November 2025 announcement, noting that each of those possible investments—conducted with separate independent counterparties—remains under negotiation without any binding agreements.
