Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 01292) announced that the board has elected Executive Director, Mr. Wan Nianyong, as Chairman with effect from February 11, 2026, until the expiration of the sixth session of the board. Concurrently, Mr. Wan relinquished his role as General Manager on the same date. Until a new General Manager is appointed, he will continue to fulfill the responsibilities of that position.

The board also intends to appoint Mr. Gong Yongming, aged 56, as a Non-Executive Director, subject to approval by shareholders at a general meeting. According to the announcement, Mr. Gong is a senior political engineer with management experience in several automotive companies and currently serves as a director at Luoyang Northern EK Chor Motorcycle Co., Ltd. If elected, he will enter into a service agreement with Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics, with remuneration determined by the board and its remuneration committee. His term will span from the date of shareholder approval until the end of the current board session.
