Tong Tong AI Social Group Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026 to review and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the publication of these results and consideration of an interim dividend proposal, alongside other routine matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Zhou Yafei, who serves as Chairman and executive director. The Board currently comprises two executive directors (Mr. Zhou Yafei and Mr. Song Chenxi), two non-executive directors (Ms. Wei Ting and Ms. Wu Qian), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Mak Yau Kee Adrian, Professor Japhet Sebastian Law, and Professor Huang Song).
