According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, ESR Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited sold 168,000 shares of Prosperity REIT (00808) on May 27.

The shares were sold at an average price of approximately HK$1.4406 each, resulting in a total transaction value of about HK$242,000.

Following this disposal, the firm's total shareholding in the trust has been reduced to approximately 121 million shares.

This represents a stake of 7.6% in Prosperity REIT.
