Neutech Group Limited (stock code: 9616) announced three separate construction agreements, each executed with Dalian Huayu Construction Group Co., Ltd. (Huayu Construction). Under these contracts, the aggregated transaction size exceeds 5% yet remains below 25%, making them disclosable transactions in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Neutech’s Guangdong University signed a contract valued at RMB98.0 million, subject to a maximum of RMB107.0 million (tax inclusive). The project involves constructing Blocks D and E of the Neutech International Conference Center in Foshan, Guangdong Province, with a total construction area of 40,396.19 square meters. Meanwhile, Chengdu University’s contract covers the Dujiangyan Qingchengshan Neutech Digital Art Development Center, with a tentative project cost of RMB55.0 million and an upper limit of RMB60.0 million (tax inclusive), covering about 16,703.00 square meters.

An earlier agreement, finalized on 16 October 2025 for Dalian University, addresses the Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital (Phase III) project. That contract has a tentative value of RMB30.0 million and may be adjusted up to RMB33.0 million. After the relevant drawings are completed, parties will confirm final costs through supplementary agreements.

According to the announcement, the construction undertakings support growing student populations at Neutech’s higher education institutions. Huayu Construction, which has a track record of delivering large-scale projects for the group, was appointed for its extensive experience and first-class qualifications in general construction contracting. Funding for these new developments is expected to come from internal resources and bank borrowings. The transactions fulfill notification and announcement requirements under applicable Listing Rules but do not require a circular or independent shareholders’ approval.
