Tungtex (Holdings) Company Limited released its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying AGM materials and the standalone 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report on 24 July 2026.

All documents—the Annual Report, a circular dated 24 July 2026, the notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, and the proxy form—are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.tungtex.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal.

Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery. Others may obtain printed versions free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing tungtex518-ecom@vistra.com.

Tungtex underscored its preference for electronic dissemination, citing efficiency and environmental considerations. Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive future electronic notifications.
