China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited announced the completion of its controlling shareholder’s previously disclosed shareholding-increase plan. Hebei Guofu Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (Guofu Fund), an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Hebei Construction & Investment Group (HECIC), executed all purchases between 16 June and 23 June 2026.
Guofu Fund acquired a total of 10.39 million H shares on the Hong Kong market through southbound trading via the Shanghai Stock Exchange, paying approximately RMB 29.99 million. The additional shares represent about 0.23% of China Suntien’s total issued share capital.
Following the purchases, HECIC now directly and indirectly controls 2.38 billion shares in China Suntien, comprising 2.06 billion A shares and 317.39 million H shares. The enlarged holding translates into 52.66% of the company’s issued share capital, further consolidating HECIC’s majority position.
Throughout the execution window, neither Guofu Fund nor other HECIC-aligned parties reduced any China Suntien holdings. The company confirmed that the shareholding-increase plan has been fully implemented and is now closed.
