Star Plus Legend Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 6683) (「Star Plus Legend」) disclosed that on 3 November 2025, its wholly owned subsidiary, Star Plus IP (HK) Limited, entered into a sales contract with ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. for the purchase of 1,000 consumer-grade quadruped robots. The transaction is valued at over RMB20 million, with ADATA Technology acting as a distributor for these products.

Yushu Technology will be responsible for the research and development, production, and related mobile application development of the quadruped robots. According to the announcement, product testing is expected to conclude within 2025, with mass production commencing early next year. The arrangement reflects a significant step by Star Plus Legend to integrate its intellectual property (IP) into quadruped robot products, further expanding the industrial scalability and commercialization potential of its IP portfolio.

The transaction falls within the ordinary and usual course of Star Plus Legend’s business and does not constitute a notifiable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
