StarHub Ltd (CC3) said on Oct, 07 2025 that it has priced an offering of 200 million Singapore dollars 3.35% subordinated perpetual securities under its 2 billion Singapore dollars Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme.
DBS Bank Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Limited are acting as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners for the issue, which is expected to be launched on or around Oct, 14 2025.
The securities, issued in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars, will carry a 3.35% annual distribution rate until the first reset on Oct, 14 2032, after which the rate will be reset every seven years with a 1% per-annum step-up. Distributions are payable semi-annually on a discretionary, cumulative and compounding basis.
StarHub may redeem the securities in whole on Oct, 14 2032 or on any subsequent distribution payment date. The company will apply for the securities to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate funding needs or investments, including new acquisitions, refinancing of existing borrowings and perpetual securities, working capital and capital expenditure.
