HK ROBOTICS (00370) announced its financial results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The company generated HK$32.44 million in revenue from continuing operations. This includes approximately HK$26.7 million from the sale of computing equipment and robots, as well as robot application solutions (collectively referred to as "Robotics and Computing Business"). The geothermal energy segment contributed around HK$2.4 million, while the lending business generated interest income of about HK$200,000.
Looking ahead, the group plans to use Hong Kong as a strategic hub to expand into global markets. As an embodied intelligent robotics solution provider, HK ROBOTICS aims to deliver comprehensive, one-stop solutions tailored to customer needs. Leveraging its proprietary embodied intelligence brain platform and key technologies such as digital twins, artificial intelligence, and secure neural networks, the company will drive innovation by integrating technology with industrial applications. This will facilitate the adoption of robotics beyond industrial settings into future community living services, healthcare, and other scenarios.
For AI and robotics development: (i) In Hong Kong, the group will collaborate with commercial partners to complete the delivery and deployment of embodied security robots and smart property community robots. (ii) In mainland China, the company aims to finalize customized designs and product deliveries for distributed healthcare robots and smart property community robots, achieving commercialization of its robotic products.
Regarding existing real estate-related operations, HK ROBOTICS will maintain a prudent strategy while exploring growth opportunities. A key focus will be integrating AI and embodied robotics into wellness real estate projects to enhance service offerings. The group plans to implement such projects in the Greater Bay Area, Tianjin, Zhejiang, and other regions, providing clients with full-scale future community living solutions, including embodied robotics-assisted wellness community development services.
