China Electronics Optics Valley Union Holding Company Limited (CEOVU) released a shareholder notice dated 13 July 2026 detailing two key items: the schedule of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and the company’s transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.
The EGM will be held virtually on 31 July 2026 (Friday) at 10:00 a.m. Shareholders can attend via live webcast by logging in from 9:30 a.m. at http://meetings.computershare.com/OVUH2026EGM using their 10-digit shareholder reference number (beginning with “C”) and a five-digit PIN as printed on the notification letter. Corporate shareholders requiring online access arrangements should contact Computershare’s hotline at +852 2862 8555.
The circular and proxy form for the EGM are available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.ceovu.com). Shareholders encountering difficulties accessing these documents electronically may request free printed copies via email (ovu.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
In line with the expanded paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, CEOVU has adopted electronic-only distribution of corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company and HKEX websites. Printed copies will be supplied only for actionable corporate communications or upon specific shareholder request.
To ensure timely delivery of future documents, shareholders are encouraged to register an email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the completed form to the share registrar. If no functional email is provided, shareholders will continue to receive postal notifications of online publication and will be mailed any actionable documents in hard copy. Instructions to receive printed communications remain valid for one year from the date of request.
