RMH Holdings Limited (8437) announced that a court order confirming the Capital Reduction and accompanying minute were filed and registered with the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 29 October 2025. All conditions precedent for the Capital Reduction and the Share Sub-division have been fulfilled, and both corporate actions take effect before 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 30 October 2025. Dealings in the new shares are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on the same day.

Shareholders can exchange existing share certificates for new share certificates, free of charge, from 30 October 2025 to 3 December 2025 by submitting them to the Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong. Existing share certificates remain valid as evidence of title but will no longer be accepted for delivery, trading, or settlement purposes.
