Kingsoft (03888) has announced that Wang Shunde has resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination and remuneration committees, and member of the audit committee and the environmental, social, and governance committee, effective March 26, 2026, due to other personal commitments. Du Bo has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the nomination, remuneration, audit, and environmental, social, and governance committees, effective the same date. Starting March 26, 2026, Lei Jun has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee, while Chen Zuotao has been appointed chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee.
