Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced on Apr, 8 2026 that it has posted and made available to shareholders three key documents: the Annual Report for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, and the related proxy form.

The company has also submitted these materials to the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for public inspection.
