JPMorgan Chase is relocating more than 30 quantitative researchers from its offices in Beijing and Shanghai to Singapore, as well as moving six employees to Hong Kong.

This move, reported on July 24, aims to consolidate the team's regional operations and bring them closer to the business units. The information was shared by sources who requested anonymity due to the private nature of the matter.

The transfer involves between 25 and 30 staff members, with the goal of integrating the quantitative research team's activities across the region.
