Wuxi Life International Holdings Group Limited (the “Company”) announced that, effective December 1, 2025, a non-executive Director has resigned and a new non-executive Director has been appointed.

According to the announcement, Ms. Guan Xiuying resigned from her position to dedicate more time to other business commitments. The Company expressed appreciation for her valuable contributions and wished her success in the future.

The board of directors approved the appointment of Ms. Yan Dandan, age 38, as non-executive Director. Ms. Yan graduated from Jinhua Polytechnic in 2008, with a major in landscape technology (planning and design), and has over 10 years of management experience in China’s apparel, catering, and building materials industries. She currently operates a cosmetics retail business.

Under the initial three-year letter of appointment, Ms. Yan is entitled to an annual Director’s fee of HK$120,000. She will hold office until the next annual general meeting, at which time she will be eligible for re-election and subsequently be subject to retirement by rotation in accordance with the Company’s articles of association.
