Zero2IPO Executes HKD 17,176 Share Buyback, Treasury Shares Reach 11.04 Million

Zero2IPO Holdings Inc. disclosed a minor share repurchase on 4 September 2026, acquiring 12,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a total consideration of HKD 17,176. The transaction was carried out within a price range of HKD 1.32 to HKD 1.405 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.3419 per share.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 294.043 million to 294.030 million shares, representing a 0.0044% reduction. Treasury shares rose correspondingly to 11.04 million, while the overall share count remained unchanged at 305.07 million.

The purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorizes the company to buy back up to 29.64 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 2.33 million shares, equating to 0.79% of the issued shares outstanding as of the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Zero2IPO is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 4 October 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and that no material changes have been made to the April 2026 explanatory statement filed with the Exchange.
