HUARONG ENERGY (01101) has announced that on May 21, 2026, the company received the following additional resumption guidance from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited: to regain compliance with Rule 3.10(2) of the Listing Rules. The Exchange stated that the company must rectify the issues that led to the suspension of its shares and fully comply with the Listing Rules to the satisfaction of the Exchange before trading in its securities can resume. The company bears the primary responsibility for formulating a resumption action plan. The Exchange also indicated that it may modify or supplement the resumption guidance and/or provide further guidance as appropriate. Trading in the company's shares remains suspended.
