Ganfeng Lithium (01772) has announced that, following the upcoming retirement of Ms. Xu Yixin from her role as an independent non-executive director, the board has nominated Mr. Xu Jianzhang as a candidate for independent non-executive director. Mr. Xu's term will commence from the date of his election by the shareholders' meeting and the expiry of Ms. Xu's term, aligning with the tenure of the company's sixth board of directors, subject to re-election. The appointment of Mr. Xu as an independent non-executive director is pending approval by the company's shareholders' meeting.
