MAJOR HLDGS (01389) announced that Beijing Xing Hua Ding Feng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Beijing Xing Hua) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective January 19, 2026, due to a failure to reach a consensus on the audit fee for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee, RSM Hong Kong CPA Limited (RSM Hong Kong) has been appointed as the new auditor to fill the casual vacancy resulting from Beijing Xing Hua's resignation, with the appointment also taking effect from January 19, 2026.
