Hong Kong-listed Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited has released updated inside information on its wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited (“Sino-Ocean Holding”), detailing overdue borrowings and litigation developments as of 31 July 2026.

As at end-July 2026, Sino-Ocean Holding’s total overdue outstanding borrowings stood at RMB16.40 billion. The composition was as follows: • Bank loans: RMB4.27 billion • Corporate credit bonds: RMB0.26 billion • Other interest-bearing liabilities: RMB6.06 billion • Amounts due to non-bank institutions and related interest: RMB5.82 billion

The subsidiary’s overdue balance fell by RMB0.53 billion during July 2026 and by RMB1.76 billion from the RMB18.16 billion reported at the end of 2025. The figures are preliminary and unaudited.

Litigation exposure also increased, with two new major lawsuits filed in July 2026 and procedural changes in four existing cases. One dishonest judgement debtor case was resolved, leaving one such case outstanding at month-end.

Management acknowledged that the overdue debts and legal disputes exert pressure on Sino-Ocean Holding’s operations and repayment capability. Nevertheless, the subsidiary reports that daily management and production continue uninterrupted while active negotiations with creditors are under way to formulate comprehensive debt-resolution plans.

Sino-Ocean Group stated it will continue to meet disclosure obligations and release further updates as required.
