China Biotech Services Holdings Limited (Stock code: 8037) announced an extension of the Long Stop Date regarding the exempted connected transaction linked to the adoption of a share award scheme by Pengbo (Hainan) and the related subscription of shares in Dynamic Healthcare by Jiabao Zhongzhi (Hainan).

According to the latest supplemental agreement dated 31 October 2025 between Dynamic Healthcare and Jiabao Zhongzhi (Hainan), the Long Stop Date for completing the subscription of 9% of the issued share capital in Dynamic Healthcare will be extended to 4 August 2026. The delay was agreed upon as additional time is required to fulfill the conditions precedent under the Subscription Agreement. Other than the extension, all terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement remain unchanged.
