(stock code: 02715) has announced the final offer price of HK$15.36 per H share for its global offering, comprising a total of approximately 96.78 million H shares (subject to any exercise of the over-allotment option). The Hong Kong Public Offering amounts to approximately 9.68 million H shares, subscribed 19.67 times, while the International Offering of approximately 87.10 million H shares is oversubscribed 3.34 times.

Gross proceeds are expected to reach HK$1.49 billion, and deducting listing expenses of around HK$75.01 million, the anticipated net proceeds stand at approximately HK$1.41 billion. The shares recorded an over-allocation of about 14.52 million H shares. According to the company’s announcement, dealings in the H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on March 9, 2026.
