3D Medicines Inc. announced that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed the qualification of current Joint Company Secretary Xia Fang to serve as the company’s sole company secretary under Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17. This confirmation follows a previously granted waiver that allowed Xia to act in the role from the company’s listing on 15 December 2022 until 14 December 2025.

\n\nWith Xia’s qualification now formally recognised, Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Li Ching Yi has tendered her resignation from both positions, effective 30 June 2026. On the same date, Xia will assume the additional duty of Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05.

\n\nAccording to the filing, Li confirmed she has no disagreement with the Board and that no matters regarding her departure need to be brought to shareholders’ attention. The Board expressed its gratitude for her contributions during her tenure.

\n\nAs of the announcement date, the Board consists of one executive director, three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, chaired by Dr. Gong Zhaolong.
