MoneyMax Treasure launches S$200 million commercial paper tokens on ADDX

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., launched the fifth series of unsecured commercial paper in the form of digital security tokens on May, 26 2026 under its 200 million Singapore dollars programme.

The Series 005 Notes, guaranteed by the parent company, carry an annual interest rate of 3.70% and will mature three months after issuance. They are being offered to accredited and institutional investors and will be listed on the ADDX Exchange.

MoneyMax Treasure expects to raise between 50 million Singapore dollars and 80 million Singapore dollars from the offering, with the final amount subject to the issuer’s discretion.

The company said it will provide further updates on any material developments related to the programme and the issuance.
