Sanxun Holdings Group Limited has disclosed a new postponement in releasing its financial statements, confirming it will miss the end-July 2026 target for publishing its FY-2025 annual results and report.
The company was required under Hong Kong Listing Rules to publish its FY-2025 preliminary results by 31 March 2026 and dispatch the annual report by 30 April 2026. Both deadlines were already deferred once, with management in March projecting completion by end-July 2026. That timetable is now unachievable.
Management attributes the slippage to protracted verification work for the FY-2024 audit, which remains incomplete. The audit delays have cascaded to the FY-2025 interim and full-year reporting cycle.
Updated schedule: • FY-2024 audited results and annual report: targeted for release by end-July 2026. • FY-2025 interim results, interim report, full-year results and annual report: expected by end-September 2026, subject to audit completion and third-party confirmations.
Operationally, Sanxun Holdings reports that its property development and investment businesses in mainland China continue “as normal in all material respects.” The board states it is “making every endeavour” to meet the revised deadlines but cautions that further unforeseen audit complexities could prompt additional adjustments.
Trading in Sanxun Holdings’ shares has been suspended since 1 April 2025 and will remain halted until the company satisfies all resumption conditions set by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise extreme caution when dealing in the securities.
