多倫多，2026年2月4日——Electra Battery Materials Corporation（納斯達克：ELBM；TSXV：ELBM）今日宣佈，首席財務官Marty Rendall已向公司提出辭呈，計劃於二月底離職，前往一家規模更大的機構擔任高管職務。Rendall先生將在二月期間繼續留任，以確保職務的平穩過渡。

公司已正式啓動新任首席財務官的遴選程序，並宣佈由2023年至2024年末曾擔任Electra首席財務官的David Allen自2026年2月28日起出任臨時首席財務官。
