First Shanghai Investments Limited announced on 21 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site.

Non-registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed report enclosed. Others can request a complimentary hard copy from the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by written notice or email.

Complying with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07) effective since 31 December 2023, First Shanghai has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Accordingly, English and Chinese versions of forthcoming documents— including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided online only, unless shareholders specifically request print versions.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive electronic notifications must supply a valid email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Absent an email on record, investors will not receive publication alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for updates.
