Guotai Junan International (01788) has announced that on September 30, 2026, the company, acting as borrower, entered into several committed loan agreements with certain banks acting as lenders.

The facilities comprise committed revolving loans with an aggregate maximum amount of HK$1.3 billion, with the final repayment date falling on the date 12 months from the signing date of the relevant loan agreements.
