Geo Energy Resources Limited announced the transfer of 470,000 treasury shares on Oct, 03 2025 to satisfy option exercises under its share option scheme.

Before the transaction, the company held 3.42 million treasury shares, representing 0.239 % of its outstanding share capital. After the transfer, the balance declined to 2.95 million treasury shares, or 0.206 % of shares outstanding.

The shares transferred were valued at about 0.13 million Singapore dollars.
