According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 25, Wang Yusuo, Chairman of the Board of ENN ENERGY (02688), increased his holdings by 78,000 shares at a price of HK$48.1634 per share, for a total amount of approximately HK$3.7567 million.

Following the increase, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 398 million shares, representing a 35.20% stake.

This transaction involves another connected party: Zhao Baoju.
