Conch Cement Buys Back 0.80 Million A Shares for RMB 13.92 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 32.78 Million

On 18 August 2026, Conch Cement (Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, reporting the repurchase of 800,000 A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The transaction, executed the same day, was completed at prices ranging from RMB 17.34 to RMB 17.45 per share, translating into a total outlay of RMB 13.92 million and an average cost of roughly RMB 17.40 per share.

Following the buyback, Conch Cement’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 3.94 billion shares, a marginal reduction of 0.0203%. Treasury shares rose from 31.98 million to 32.78 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 3.98 billion.

All 800,000 repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock; no cancellations were recorded as of the reporting date. The company affirmed that the purchases complied with Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations and that there have been no material changes from the repurchase mandate announced on 26 May 2026.

The disclosure satisfies Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.25A and Mainland Rule 10.06(4)(a), underscoring Conch Cement’s ongoing use of treasury share repurchases within its authorised mandate.
