China Automotive Interior Decoration Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 0048) has issued a notice confirming that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled for 14 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at Portion 2, 12th Floor, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

According to the notice, shareholders will consider resolutions related to a proposed Rights Issue of up to 262,672,656 new shares at HK$0.13 per share. The offer is structured on the basis of three Rights Shares for every two existing shares, targeting shareholders whose names appear on the register of members on the relevant record date. The placing agreement dated 10 September 2025 was signed with Astrum Capital Management Limited, on a best-effort basis, and is subject to EGM approval.

An underwriting agreement, also dated 10 September 2025, was entered into between the company and an underwriter, involving arrangements for the rights shares that remain unsubscribed. The resolutions include authorizing directors to execute all documents and actions necessary to finalize the Rights Issue and related transactions.
