Financial Street Securities Co., Limited (Stock Code: 01476) has completed its name change registration procedures. The company’s previous official name in Chinese, “恒泰證券股份有限公司,” has been changed to “金融街證券股份有限公司,” and the English name has been changed from “HENGTAI SECURITIES CO., LTD.” to “Financial Street Securities Co., Limited.”

In accordance with the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company issued on 9 October 2025, the Hong Kong-registered Chinese name “恒泰証券股份有限公司” and “恒投證券” has been replaced by “金融街證券股份有限公司,” and the English name “HENGTAI SECURITIES CO., LTD.” and “HENGTOU SECURITIES” has been replaced by “Financial Street Securities Co., Limited.”

Starting from 9:00 a.m. on 28 October 2025, the company’s new Chinese stock short name on the Stock Exchange will be “金融街證券,” with a corresponding English stock short name of “FIN STREET SEC.” The stock code of its H Shares remains the same at “01476.” Existing share certificates bearing the former names continue to be valid for trading, settlement, and registration with no exchange arrangements required for new certificates.
