Following the passing of a special resolution concerning the proposed change of the company's name by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 12, 2025, the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of registration of change of name on December 17, 2025. This officially confirmed the change of the Company's English name from "Persistence Resources Group Ltd" to "Persistence Gold Group Ltd", and the adoption of "集海黄金集团有限公司" as the Company's new Chinese dual foreign name, replacing its former Chinese name "集海资源集团有限公司".

Subsequently, the Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong issued a Certificate of Registration of Change of Name of Non-Hong Kong Company on January 5, 2026, confirming that the Company's new English name, "Persistence Gold Group Ltd", and its new Chinese name, "集海黄金集团有限公司", have been registered in Hong Kong pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Consequently, the stock abbreviation for the Company's shares traded on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be changed from the English "PERSISTENCE RES" to "PERSISTENCEGOLD" and from the Chinese "集海资源" to "集海黄金". This change will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on January 14, 2026.

The Company's stock code on the Exchange will remain unchanged as "2489".
