China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. has announced a special dividend of USD 0.12 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Based on the updated exchange rate of USD 1 = HKD 7.8327, shareholders will receive HKD 0.939924 per share.

Key dates: • Ex-dividend date: 22 April 2026 • Record date: 23 April 2026 • Dividend payment date: 18 June 2026

The announcement amends the previous notice by revising the exchange rate and the corresponding Hong Kong dollar payout.
