Man Wah Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has released its 2025/26 Interim Report in both English and Chinese versions. The report is accessible on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and on the Company’s official website (www.manwahholdings.com). According to the announcement, free printed copies of the interim report are available upon request through the Company’s Hong Kong share registrar, if needed.

Under the paperless regime effective from 31 December 2023 pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Listing Rules, the Company adopts electronic dissemination of corporate communications. These include, among others, its directors’ report, annual accounts, interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars, and proxy forms. Both the English and Chinese versions of all future corporate communications will be posted on the Company’s website and on the HKEX website.
